It began with bulk excavation of over 3 million cubic yards and complete site preparation for the construction of a regional distribution center for Cabela's.  Building pad, permanent storm water management impoundment and storm sewer, sanitary and waterline installation were all part of the initial development.  Multiple projects followed that included excavation, subgrade construction, extensive drainage installation, retaining walls, concrete placement, and pavement prep and paving for two distribution centers and multiple retail and business outlets.
