Turnkey project involving total site development and the construction of building pad and adjacent roadways.  Work included site clearing, bulk excavation of 260,000 cubic yards and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures.  Installation of underground storm drains, sanitary sewer and water line, and finishes included all concrete sidewalks, curbs and site paving.
