Clearing and mass grading of existing 260 acres of Rocky Gap State Park in preparation for the construction of a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and a six-story lodge and convention center.  Project covered the relocation and installation of water, sanitary and storm piping and adherence to strict soil and erosion controls.
