Rehabilitation of airport runways, taxiways and adjacent parking areas.  The project scope involved expanding the runway width from 75 feet wide to 100 feet wide, installing new taxiway lighting and new pavement.  It was designed on a fast-track basis and completed in 28 calendar days.  The construction of the north access road was completed with bulk excavation, gas and electric line excavation and backfill, additional paving and line striping.
