Arena: Installed a fully operational underground site utilities system including water, sewage and storm drainage.

Field: Bulk site excavation of nearly 50,000 cubic yards of dirt and shaping to include the main playing field, installation of perimeter drainage system and soil and erosion control measures.

Ballpark: Excavation and backfilling operations necessary for the installation (by others) of the foundations, pile caps and miscellaneous structures for the construction of PNC Park.
