Bulk excavation for facility expansions.  Phase I included redesigned parking areas, new storm drainage, gas service, sanitary, water and fire system installation.  Bulk building pad excavation was undertaken to prep the site for the building of a five-story hotel, followed by structural concrete work for the building footprint - grade beams, shear walls, concrete slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, and prep work for deep piling installation.  Responsible for providing direct supervision of all associated landscaping (by others).  Phase III involved excavation, subgrade, compaction and grading for a 13,000 square foot casino addition.
