Various runway and taxiway rehabilitation projects.  Phase III began with the construction of a new taxiway turnaround, lengthening the safety zone area and rehabbing an existing taxiway.  Bulk items included demolition, excavation and trenching, and roadway paving.  Phase IV consisted of the construction of a new structural steel catwalk, towers and foundations for the airport runway lighting system (MALSF).
